Welcome to the Booth Family Web Site.

This site has information about the descendents and families of Morris Benjamin Beryl Kubowitzki, born in Riga, Latvia, in 1874.  He came to America with his family around 1900, took the name Booth, and settled in Virginia, MN.  The family, seven sons and one daughter, moved to Chicago after WW I.

Elias (Al) Booth died on February 2, 2007.  Al was the last surviving member of his generation, which spanned 110 years.  We are collecting any material about Al that the Booth family would like to make available on this site.

REUNIONS

The July 2004 was held at the Illinois Beach Resort & Conference Center in Zion, Illinois.  It was very successful.

Here are some pictures from the 2004 reunion, and other, older pictures.

We have some pictures from the July, 2002 Reunion in Illinois

The Family Tree has been updated.  Information and corrections were gathered at the July 2002 reunion.

Don Booth has made CD's of the audio tapes from the reunion in Kentucky.  He distributed them at the 2004 reunion, but has copies for any who would like them.  Al's segment is excellent.  Call or email Don for details.
